Are you aware that chocolate makes your skin healthy?

Aside from using skin care cosmetics, there are foods that can also enrich your skin care routine. Here's the breakdown of every food to achieve a healthy looking skin.

1. Chocolates

Dermatologists suggest applying dark chocolate on skin to make it more supple and firm. Dark chocolate is rich in flavonol, an excellent antioxidant. It also makes your skin hydrated. If there is puffiness of the skin, topical application is recommended.

2. Pomegranates

It is no wonder that pomegranates help the skin achieve its full health as seen on korean masks products. What's in Pomegranates? They are rich in Polyphenol, which is also an antioxidant. Polyphenol regulates blood flow by fighting free radicals. Not only that, but by applying it topically it helps the skin moisturize and helps remove wrinkles.

3. Walnuts

These nuts are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that can improve skin's elasticity. It also enhances collagen levels in the body and can easily improve your complexion and get rid of tough callouses.

4. Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds have a high content of Vit E. This will make your skin supple and are excellent for parched body parts like lips and heels.

5. Walnuts

Oatmeal helps retain vitamins in your body. It also keeps your blood sugar stable. A high blood sugar can increase the levels of androgen in your body that contributes to wrinkles.
